How
to use Salvia Divinorum
Salvia divinorum whole leaves are rolled as a quid or cigarette
or smoked. Some people find it easier to get the desired effect
by using enhanced form also known as salvia divinorum extractions.
The amount used varies but the general rule is to get the level
of extract, be it 5x or 20x, that allows you to achieve your desired
effect in approximately 1 or 2 inhalations. Salvia extract is
also known as enhanced leaf.
The effect salvia has on one person to the next varies greatly.
It is not effected by the person's weight or tolerance level.

Salvia
is used as a sacred medicine by indigenous shamanic healers living
